This is another aspect of our infrastructure where we invest a great deal of time and money in. With over 35 million
lines of confidential data stored for over two thousand clients we have to ensure that all reasonable measures are in place
to protect the data that we are storing on behalf of our clients. In addition to the above measures there are many good
practice measures that have been put in place to ensure that all staff are aware of the importance of data security. More

Your Security
At Squirrel, we understand that if we cannot provide our client with the document they require then our
client is at risk. It's almost impossible to convey in words, how seriously we take our commitment to our clients and their
records. However, we know that our record is externally verifiable - many of our clients choose to perform ad hoc security
visits to satisfy themselves that their records are as safe as possible from external concerted or random attack.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality is of paramount concern to all our clients and is the cornerstone of the industry within which
we operate. We are continually increasing the levels of this aspect of our policy with all new staff now vetted against basic
disclosure standards. Some clients also choose to have a bespoke team that has been externally vetted according to their own
standards - in particular, Government departments now routinely require this.
