Quality systems and accreditation e.g. to ISO9001
We have a mature quality system, implemented by all of our locations and audited by our Quality Manager that has been in existence
from the beginning of our archive business and which is externally inspected by BSI at all of our locations. Our quality system
is certified to BS EN ISO 9001:2000 by the British Standards Institute (BSI). As part of our commitment to continual improvement,
we recently undertook a strategic review of our entire management system and were awarded the Gold Benchmark Standard.

an excellent reputation for both quality standards and quality service. UKWA continuously promotes best practice in all aspects
of warehousing through its regular operational audit programme. The Association also runs a benchmarking programme to enable
member companies to assess their performance against others in the same sector category.
Self Storage Association of the UK
The SSA UK is the sole representative of the industry in UK. It has amongst its membership all the larger companies in the

companies and some removals companies who are also providing self storage.
Its mission is "to enhance, promote and support the interests of all those who own, operate and invest in
self storage through raising awareness of self storage and the promotion of improved standards for the benefit of
customers." It represents, coordinates and when appropriate leads discussions on behalf of its members and the industry
with government, local government and appointed authorities. It is encouraging the raising of industry procedures and standards.
Finally and most importantly it is in being to communicate with and support its members.
Investors In People
We are working towards Investors In People (IIP) accreditation, having undergone an initial consultation period. We have
initiated or improved systems of internal communication, ensuring that staff members are fully aware of the company's objectives
and how they can contribute towards achieving them. It is expected that actual accreditation will be achieved in early 2006.
